Jessica and I have been so busy lately, and we have not worked on our lapbook at all for a couple of weeks. I feel terrible, and worry i am letting her down. But life has been so crazy here!

We are doing Little House in the Big Woods now.

Then she will go off to summer camp in July, and in August we are going to work on a set made by Hands of a child, but we got it at Curr Click a few weeks ago as a freebie. ( http://www.currclick.com/index.php?affiliate_id=37779 )

I have decided to try to interest my 13 (nearly 13 anyhow) year old daughter in lapbooking - but she isn't much for "cutting and gluing" so i may cut out the stuff ahead of time, to save her from getting aggravated. She and her younger sister are so different. Jessie can take the printouts, personalize them, cut them, glue them, and be ready to do more and more - Rebecca will do it, grudgingly - she isn't quite the artsy crafty child as her sister. But i do think she will enjoy it when she gets started.

Ok, late - off to bed, big party in 4 days for my new teenager!
